It is a renovation project of an existing space converted into a new office.

Wearing a piece of jewelry gracefully transforms a person’s unassuming presence. Inspired by this idea, we decided to introduce small, elaborately designed elements here and there, instead of altering the entire room, to infuse energy into this timeworn, furnished space. A paired L-angle detail is repeated to create an underlying tone with the texture and appearance of the parts, bringing a unified order to the overall office space.

Nishijin textiles and luxurious furniture and fixtures lavishly crafted using brass and cowhide—these small elements will be brought to a new location when the client decides to relocate their office in the future, continually energizing space like eternally-sparkling jewelry.
